SHOOTING ACCIDENT
FATALITY IN WAIKATO. DEATH OF A FARM HAND. Per Press Association. HAMILTON, Aug. 15. A fatal shooting accident occurred at Roto-o-rangi on Sunday, when a fane hand named Robert Henry Smith, aged 24, was accidentally shot. Ho was out duck shooting with his cousin, and was climbing a bank when the gun discharged. The injured man was taken to hospital in a critical condition and died the same evening. He arrived from Ireland last year.
