D 1 NEDIN, April 21. A number of arge quinnat salmon have- been ca j[ hrt in Lake Hawea. The heaviest v r e shed 301 b. These fish have run from Be sea up the Molj;neaux River and across the lake, obviously intent on ; pawning in the Hunter River;, and it-is- somewhat remarkable that n ne have been caught On the way in a iy river or stream.
