ARRESTS IN HUNGARY. LONDON, March 1. ..The Daily Mail’s Budapest correspondent states that Communist agitators have been, arrested, including the leader Zoltan Szanto, who admits that he came, from Moscow to carry on. Bolshevist propaganda in Hungary.—A. and N.Z. cable.
