HOCKEY TOUR.
INVITATION ACCEPTED

At a meeting of the New Zealand Hockey Association, an invitation to send a team to tour Australia during the coming winter was accepted provided that the financial arrangements were the same as for the previous tour. A tentative programme for matches in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Victoria commencing August 13, was submitted, but it was decided that it was too early yet to consider an itinerary. It was agreed that August was a suitable month for the tour.
