FORTUNE-TELLER’S VISION.
“LOVE AND HAPPINESS.” MURDER THE' SEQUEL. SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 29. Six monthss ago Mrs Robert Pepper had her future read by a female for-tune-teller named Wooster, who told her that her husband did not love her, but that her neighbour, whose picture she described so accurately that Mrs Pepper recognised him as Jim Williams, would enter into her life and overflow it with happiness. To-day Mr Pepper lies murdered, and Williams has been arrested as a material witness.
