FLYING BOATS.
TWO ORDERED. LONDON-AUSTRALIAN ROUTE. LONDON, Dec. 31. The Air Ministry has ordered two all-metal flying boats, which will be used for flights on tho Calcutta-Singa-pore section of the London-Australia air route. Each boat will carry 15 passengers, and will be furnished with three engines, and will have a nonstop range of 500 miles.—A. and N.Z. cable.
