DECISION. UNIFORM FOR - 'VEW SOUTH WALES. : . '< SYDNEY, Oct. 29. , The Standardof Living Commission' decided to declare one basic wage' throughout the State, announcing that it had no power to declare a sectional wage. The amount has not yet been disclosed. —Press Association.
