ANONYMOUS DONATION.
GIFT OF ART UNION TICKETS, A donation of nine art union tickets purchased for £1 has been received by the Wellington Hospital Board from an anonymous donor. At the meeting of the Hospital Board this week the chairman (Mr C. M. Luke) said that if .the board had a winping ticket they would be able to gather the whole of the winnings without deduction. Mr E. Vine: We might have a few tickets in Tatt’s. (Laughter.) Mr W. J. Appleton: If we are lucky enough to got a prize we should get fho Government subsidy on it.
