NEW YORK, June 16. A wife has obtained a verdict for £20,000 against her mother-in-law for the alienation of her husband’s affections.
This record judgment concluded thq> hearing of the suit of Mrs Elsie Wilman Dula, against Mrs Josephine Duja, widow of the vice-president of the American Tobacco Co. The Court found that the mother-in-law had manufactured evidence to cause a divorce.
