TURKISH SULTAN.
FUNERAL DELAYED. AIDE-DE-CAMP ARRESTED. SAN REMO, June 10. It is reported that the departure for Damascus of the body of Sultan Mehmed, fixed for June i 6, has been postponed. ' As the late Sultan was indebted to the amount of 200,000 lire, seals were affixed to the house. Colonel Zeky Bey, aide-de-camp to the late Mehmed Sixth, has been arrested on a charge of premeditated homicide of Rechad Pasha, the Sultain’s physician, who was found dead with a bullet in his brain in March, 1924, and then decided to be a case of suicide. Since the death of the Sultan revelations have been made by persons in the suite of tho Turkish consul at Genoa, who informed the Italian authorities.—Reuter.
