HEAVIEST MAN.
DIES FROM HEART FAILURE. LOS ANGELES. Slay 27. Tom Ton, the world’s heaviest man, died last night, from heart failure, after an ineffectual effort to reduce his weight. He had been a side show attraction at Coney Island, but gaining 1501 b in tho last 17 days, became ill, and hurriedly started for his home on the Pacific Coast. As there was no passenger accommodation large enough, ho crossed tho continent in a baggage car and was rushed from the railway station to hospital in a two-ton truck.
