QUEEN OF ROUMANIA.
JOINS GREEK ORTHODOX CHURCH. LONDON, April 7. The Daily Express’s correspondent at Bucharest states that the Queen of Roumania has joined the Greek Orthodox Church. In an interview with the Patriarch, she declared that the. reason for her decision was the desire to be in closer spiritual relation with her children, who were baptised and brought up in the Greek Orthodox Church. —A. and N.Z. cable.
