SEAMAN’S CRIMES.
OFFENCES ADMITTED. Per Press Association. NEW PLYMOUTH, April 8. In the Magistrate's Court this morning James Duff, a member of the crew of the steamer Tasmania, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering the shop of Hallenstein Bros, and stealing ladies’ shoes and breaking a window valued at £l2. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
