Following tho recent closing of the Canton hospital, which has been operative for 90 years by the American Presbyterian Mission, a similar labour tyranny has now compelled the closing of the Stout Memorial Hospital at Wuchow, which is also American. News has been received that the doctors have embarked upon an American gunboat.—A. and N.Z. cable.
