MOURNING IN ITALY.
Received April 5, 9.50 a.m. LONDON, April 4. The Times’s Rome correspondent states that Italian flags were half-mast-ed on all public buildings on Good Friday, which Signor Mussolini decreed as a national day of mourning.—Times.
