POSITION OF GERMANY. LONDON, Jan. 20. Tho Australian Press Association understands that the League of Nations Council is likely to meet on March 8 to discuss the admittance of Germany, for which a special assembly will follow immediately, so that Germany may take her seat on the permanent council without delay.—A. and N.Z. cable.
