The delegation of nobles which was recently received at Beirut by M. de Jouvenel is dissatisfied with the progross of the negotiations. Apparently it is so far impossible to reach accord in regard to Syria making over the territory annexed by Lebanon in 1920 and the amnesty to the rebel leaders. The Druse delegation, headed „by Emir Eminarslan, which recently visited Sueida to discuss the question of peaco, apparently has failed in its mission.—Reuter.
