The Pope’s encyclical announcing the inauguration on December 31 of the movement to consecrate mankind to the Sacred Heart of Jesus trusts that Parliament and the international bodies will recognise this Kingdom of Christ whereby they will bo enabled to remedy their errors. —A. and N.Z. cable.
