NEW MINISTERS.
ANNOUNCEMENT AT EARLY DATE.
AUCKLAND, Dec. 26. Tho personnel o fthe new Cabinet, concerning which there is much interest, is a subject which the Prime Minister (Mr C'eates) declined to discuss when questioned in Auckland. Mr Coates also refused to make a statement on the appointment of the new High Commissioner. It is expected that Mr Coates will make his announcement of tho yew Ministry after the holidays.
