His Honour Mr Justice Ostler will hear jury cases at the Supreme Court for the next three days and then, on Saturday morning, will deal with undefended divorce actions. He will proceed to Wanganui in time for the opening of the Supreme Court sittings there on Tuesday and the following week will leave for New Plymouth. When the business in that town has been disposed of ho will return to Wanganui and then come to Palmerston North to dispose of remaining business here.
