RECENT ACCIDENT.
COMMISSION OF INQUIRY. NAPIER SITTING CANCELLED. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Nov. 10. Owing to the fact that a charge of manslaughter lias been laid against the driver of the engine involved in the fatal railway accident on 22nd September the commission of inquiry into the accident considers it .advisable to discontinue its investigation till tho •charge has been dealt with and the arrangements for the hearing at Napier on the 17th inst. have been cancelled.
