1500 MILES IN MOTOR TRUCK,
“MUM, DAD AND THE KIDS.”
_ r MELBOURNE, Nov. 4. Mr and Mrs M. D. Miller, their six children and Sailor, their dog, came here for the Cup. They motored from Brisbane, 1500. miles, in a motortruck. The ages of the children range from six weeks to 16 years. It toolc them two weeks to get here, with their beds and cooking utensils on board. They drove eight hours daily, averaging 100 miles. At night father and mother slept in a tent and the youngsters camped under the tx-uclc. They varied their tinned food diet with rabbits and fidi caught on the way.
