STEWARD’S DEATH.
Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Nov- 9. C. J. Shepherd, a steward on the Niagara, was found dead on the floor of his cabin yesterday morning and was buried at sea at 4 p.m. He was a native of Sydney and leaves a widow and two children.
