INDEPENDENCE WANTED.
DEMAND IN PHILIPPINES'. PLEBISCITE TO BE TAKEN. Received November 9, 8.50 a.m. MANILA, Nov. 7. The Senate passed a bill to hold a plebiscite on the question of complete independence within six years. The House is also expected to pass the measure.—Reuter.
