RAMSAY MACDONALD AND PACT,
LONDON, Oct. 28. The British Labour leader, Mr Ramsay Macdonald, on arriving at Berlin after visiting Prague, Vienna and Budapest, told the Berlin correspondent of the Times that, wherever he had been, he had found satisfaction with the Pact. ' “Personally,” he added, “I will not be an obstacle to its ratification, because I consider it the first step towards the achievement of the Geneva Protocol.”
