PORT PIOLTS ALARMED. CHANNEL MAY BE CLOSED. Received November 7. 0.20 a.in. LONDON, Nov. 6. The Port of London pilots are alarmed at the mud dredged from the docks in 'the upper reaches of the Thames being dumped in a black deep reach 40 miles below Gravesend.
