M. PAINLEVE’S HOPE. FINANCIAL PROPOSALS EARLY. Received November 2, 10.15 a.m. PARIS, Nov. 1. M. Painlcve, when interviewed, expressed a hope that he would be able to table the financial proposals at tho earliest date, based on I\l. Caillaux’s scheme, with mbdifications, the first principle being debt funding by specially levied resources, principally acquired wealth or all forms of wealth and capital. The method of collection and tlio amount of contribution would be left open to discussion.— Router.
