WONDER GIRL.
A UNIQUE GIFT. After six years’ studies in laboratories of famous glass manufacturers in Europe, Miss Mao Kingsley arrived in New Zealand with the honour of being the only girl glass blower in the world. So keen a knowledge and such natural aptitude does Miss Kingsley possess that she has been aptly termed the “Wonder Girl Glass .Blower,” a title which best describes her wonderful achievements. Her success still finds her an unspoiled young Australian of charming manner. “The Wonder Girl” is appearing under the direction of Westwood Bros.’ Enterprises for a limited tour of the Dominion., and will give exhibitions of he r art in conjunction'with the American Glass Works at the Palmerston North A. and P. Show, and her demonstrations will consist of manufacturing such articles a swans, kangaroos, bells that ring like steel, old Dutch smoking pipes, vases, sailing ships with outsiiread sails, birds of jaradiso and kiwis. Visitors should see this remarkable girl at work.
