SPORTING BURGLAR.
ROBBED FOR THE FUN OF IT. LONDON, Oct. 11. Pavlak, a “gentleman burglar,” who lias been living with his wife and children in an elegant flat in the most fashionable district of Berlin, was arrested while robbing a suburban town hall of £15,000. Xhe police discovered that Pavlak was the head of a gang, which included his own footman, engaged in robbing for love of the sport. Pavlak had given large sums to charity.
