POLAR EXPEDITION.
OSLO, July 17. The motor ship Island, carrying the Algarsson expedition, has arrived at. Spitsbergen from Belfast. Lieutenant Algarsson intends to gc as far north as possible, as the iee conditions this year are favourable.—A. and N.Z. cable.
