AUSTRALIAN PARLIAMENT. Received Julv 18. 10.10 a.m. , MELBOURNE, July 18. The Navigation Bill and the Immigration Bill passed all stages in the Federal Parliament. To complete this task the House of Representatives sat continuously except for meal adjournments for 401, hours. During the same time the Senate sat 27-> hours. Parliament has now adjourned till after (ho departure of the American fleet. —Press Association.
