FRENCH REINFORCEMENTS. PARIS, July 16. The Government .is despatching 50,000 reinforcements to Morocco, including the Moroccan division from tho Ruhr. It is also enrolling volunteers. A communique from Fez records strong action by the French aircraft against enemy columns, and reports that French columns are marching through the country west of Leben, reassuring the population, whom the Riffs are trying to win over.
