WIN FOR ENGLISHMEN. MELBOURNE, May 20. In fine but dull weather the English Soccer team defeated Victoria by seven goals to riil, the winners not being extended. Victoria started well, but was unable to sustain the effort. England’s passing, also head tactics, coupled with cohesive forward play, dazed their opponents.
