HOCKEY. • (From Our Own Correspondent.) In t(je hockey match between Ohakea v. ftinekoa, played at Ohakea, the -linekous played well irf the first half of tbo game, E. Worsfold scoring. In the last ten minutes of the second epell Ohakea scored two goals. FEILDING S.P.C.A. At the monthly meeting of the 15.P.C.A. Mr H. Mclntyre reported that the inspector had been sworn in as a special Constable with power to take action in the five neighbouring counties and the borough of Feilcfiti&. The sum of £lO was acknowledged from the Foilding entertainments, the prooeeds of a picture benefit. A forward move is the arrangement now in train to form a union branch of the society. This is an excellent idea and should do more good to the society than anything yet done.
