PATIENT'S DEATH.
AFTER HEART RESUMES BEATING
Per Press Association. HAMILTON, May 16. At the inquest concerning the death of Stanley Duns-tan, nged 30, evidence was given that following un operation at the Waikato hospital his heart ceased to teat for five minutes. An incision was made and the heart massaged. It resumed beating and the patient was apparently making a gcod recovery. As the effect of the anacsthc ic wore off, however, brain trouble developed and the patient died. A verdict was returned of death due to heart failure, all care and skill having been taken.
