Tho Daily Herald (Labour) saps that the General Council Trade Union Congress has approved of the report of their delegation to Moscow declaring tha. their investigation of the Communist International’s confidential archives had provided convincing evidence that the famous Zinovieff election letter was a forgery. The Council declares that the matter cannot be ullowed to rest and it will probably demand facilities for Labour’s investigation of Foreign and Home Cffices, and also a public enquiry.—A. and N.Z. cable.
