COURT ORDERS RETURN.
Received May .16, 8 5 a.m. LONDON, May 14. Mr Justice Atkin has ordered Onou to hand over the Russian archives to the Soviet, holding that Britain’s recognition of the Soviet entitled it to possession of the documents.—A. and N.Z. cable.
The case against Onou in one brought by the Soviet Government, for the pos session of the contents of the Russian Consulate in London. The Archieves were placed in a repository by Onou. The King’s Bench, in January, refused an application for an immediate hearing of the matter.
