The chancel and pulpit of Emmanuel Congregational Church, Broadway, have been deeply draped as a token of respeot and in memory of the late Prime Minister. A memorial service will bo held tomorrow evening and*'will be conducted by Rev. J. M. Stewart. The choir will render the anthem, “Abide with me.” Printed order of service will bo used. Twelve of the sixteen vessels in “Rum Row” ha.ve put to sea towards Halifax, North America. The officers of a patrol boat which arrived at Staten Island have reported that two steamships and two schooners are tho only liquor ships left.
