LONDON AGREEMENT RATIFIED, Received Mav 4, 8.5 a.m. LONDON, May 1. The Daily,Herald states that the All-Russian Council of Trade? Unions, meeting at Moscow, unanimously ratified the agreement reached at the London Conference last month- — Aand N.Z. cable. The London Conference, which was called to deal with tb e difficulties in the way of the affiliation of tta Russian trade union increment to the International Federation ’ of Trade Unions, reached an agreement in favour of joint efforts to induce the Amsterdam International lfo agree to_ a free, unconditional and ’ immediate conference with representatives of the Russian trade “union movement, and in' favour of closer' relations between the Rritish and Russian trade imjftp. movements by a free exchange pf informal/inn. and also in favour of the establishment of a joipt, advisory, council consisting pf the chairman, secretaries and three members of each movement. , - ...”■
