Following the election of Hindenburg as President of Germany a special conference of tb§ Moscow Communist Internationale decided to appeal to the Socialist parties to join the combat against capitalistic and monarchist reaction in all countries, and also tp increase the propaganda, especially in Germany, where it is believed a class war can advantageously be started. — A. and N.Z. cable.
