CHARGE OF THEFT.
YOUNG MAN REMANDED. At the Magistrate’s Court this morning, before ill- J. L. Stout, S.M., Albert Edwurd Bentley, 22 years of age, appeared on charges that, at Miranui on Alarch 28. ho did steal the sum of £l, the property of Roy Phillip I.© Quesno and, further, that at the same place on March 14. ho did steal the sum of £2, also the property of Le Q ues no. On the application of Senior-Sergeant O'Grady, accused was remanded until Friday next.
