ROAD TO REUNION.
CHRISTIAN CONGREGATIONS. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, Feb. 6. At the Anglican Synod this afternoon a deputation was received from the Council of the Christian Congregations. The Rev. Tulloch Yuille, president of the council, welcomed the visiting cleigy. He said ho was glad members of the council were not/ alien to the Church of England, and he believed that along the path of the work of the Council of Christian Congregations lay the open road to the reunion of churches. If they were to come to a reunion, iha sooner they preached in each other's pulpit the bettor. Archbishop Julius said the relation between the churches was greater than he had ever dreamed. Although there were many crying out against the slow progress of the union, it had, to his thinking, made wonderful strides. They might yet get so near together as to be of one heart and mind.
