GAS IN WARFARE.
DEVELOPMENTS IN RUSSIA. (TIKI ST FAN! A, Nov. 29. Tho Aftenpost’s military correspondent declares that Russia has tho highest, developed system in Europe for using gas in war. The country is divided into four experimental sections, carrying out extensive investigations. Even horses and convicts are used for experiments in flic Ukraine, wherein 60 men convicts were killed. Later testings of gas bombardments from aeroplanes killed 20 Cossacks and 11 horses. Poland, Franco and Germany are intensely developing the use of gas. —A. and N.Z. cable.
