FROSTS PREDICTED.
The Government meteorologist telegraphed to-day:—Tho indications are for southerly winds, moderate to strong, and squally at times. The weather will probably prove cold and showery but should improve. The night will probably be very cold with frosts inland. The barometer has a rising tendency.
