Colonel Ileddich and a small party organised by Sir Francis Younghiisband have returned to Calcutta after crossing tho Himalayas from Darjeeling' into Tibet by a motor car tractor, a feat never hitherto performed on wheeled vehicles. —Sydney Sun cable.
