LONDON, May 26. A huge crowd of notabilities assembled at Oxford, in anticipation of the attendance of the King and Queen at the rowing races, when it was discovered that the notice announcing the Royal visit was signed "B Luff." Invitations similarly signed, and sent to the editors of the London pictorial newspapers did not arouse suspicion, and met with a good responce from camera-men..
