ALBANIAN REBELS.
MARCHING ON TIRANA. LONDON, June 9. TheTimes's Milan correspondent says that having rejected the armistice proposed by the Government, the Albanian insurgents are now rapidly marching on Tirana.—A. and N.Z. cable. ITALY WILL NOT INTERFERE. ROME, June 10. An official message states that Italy has agreed with Jugo-Slavia not to interfere in Albania. Signor Mussolini is seeking a neutrality declaration from other neighbouring countries.—A. and N.Z. cable.
