SERVICES RECOGNISED, Per PreM Association. Auckland, June id, In recognition of the services rendered by him as member for Eden, the Hoii. C. J. Pair and Mis Parr Weie last night tendered a complimentary banquet by the electors. Mr Massev paid a tribute to the good work done by Mi- Pair as Minister for Education. He said that in his 30 yenis' experience .Mr Part had been the most enthusiastic holder of the 1 portfolio and was doing his duty to' the colintry faithfully and well.
