MOTOR RACING FATALITY^
DRrVER KILLED INSTANTLY.
(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received June 10, 10.55 a.m. LONDON, June 9. In the course of the Whit Monday motor racing at Brooklands, a car travelling at 110 miles per hour ran over the top of the banking and caught fire. The driver, J. Toop, was killed instantly.—Reuter.
MOTOR CYCLIST KILLED
Received June 10, 8.5 a.m. MELBOURNE, June 9. During a motor-cycle race at Aspendale, a mac-bine ridden by W. Lehmann turned a somersault while travelling at sixty miles an hour, killing the rider.—Press Association.
