KING'S BIRTHDAY.
REPLY TO CONGRATULATIONS. (Per Prow Association.) AUCKLAND. June 7. The following telegram has been received by the Governor-General in reply to a message sent on the occasion of His Majesty's birthday: "I am commanded by His Majesty the King to request you to convey to the Government and the people of New Zealand an expression of his cordial thanks for their loyal message of birthday congratulations. (Signed) Secretary of State for the Colonies."
